Kirk Deighton is a small Hamlet just outside Wetherby. Ashfield was tasked with bringing an existing dilapidated property up to date and creating new living areas.
The property had not been modernised in several decades and it was a good opportunity to totally transform the dwelling to suit modern day living.
In addition to removing walls and installing RSJ’s, we extended the property to two elevations creating an enlarged kitchen dining area and new reception room.
There was also some extensive landscaping that was undertaken too.
With the client not residing in the property, we were able to carry out works in a very efficient manner, completing the project one month ahead of schedule.
