Brendon Quinlan - Managing Director

Brendon founded the company in 2000, focused on our growth and development, nurturing relationships across our client base and with construction and design professionals, suppliers, specifiers and referrers. He also remains very much hands-on with project activity, meeting clients on-site and dealing with any obstacles in planning and building regulations, where his detailed knowledge of processes is invaluable.

Krystian Granger - Head of Contract Managers/Logistics

Krystian has extensive experience of taking a project from the drawing board to reality. He deals with all the practicalities of project schedules, every item of materials, pricing, dimensions and quantities needed to enable the team to begin on site. He’s an excellent problem solver, taking pride in calmly resolving difficulties and managing the unexpected.

Joel Ramsden - Head of Business Development

Joel joined the team recently after collaborating on several joint ventures. Joel’s main roles within the organization are business development, along with growth planning & management. Having come from a financial background and successfully floating several companies on the public markets, we feel that Joel is an ideal fit for the company’s current financial position & its future growth aspirations.

Chrissi Quinlan - Office/Finance Manager

The smooth running of the business is the responsibility of Chrissi, who manages the office and deals with finance. As well as overseeing cost-effective purchasing and efficiency she has a sharp eye for the detail, making sure our projects remain on budget and that all costs meets those outlined and agreed from the start so there are no surprises.

Jon Bassham - Estimator

Jon holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and manages the estimating function. He is a highly experienced quantity surveyor and estimator with over 30 years’ experience in construction, working for both contractors and consultants. He is a regular face on site in the early stages of a project, completing quantity surveying duties and he is also involved in drawing up contracts for secured projects.

Steven Shearman - Contracts Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, ranging from the management and oversight of over 200 new build homes to a fully qualified joiner and builder. As Contracts Manager, Steven has the responsibility of managing contracts from commencement to final completion. This includes preparation and management of the contract programme, developing a robust project direction plan that ensures focus, quality and consistency from our site management team, contractors and the contract administrators that work alongside us.

Colette Murphy - Office Supervisor

The first voice a client is likely to hear is Colette as she manages the reception and switchboard handling day-to-day enquiries and activity in our head office. She ensures that our team is in touch with clients and is also responsible for dealing with suppliers and deliveries to project sites as well as overseeing administration and payments.

John Docherty - Site Supervisor

John is truly a safe pair of hands, managing site activity using his experience as a skilled bricklayer for more than 25 years to dovetail multiple crafts and trades to ensure seamless progress. Throughout his career he has maintained his professional development, keeping abreast of construction regulations, innovation and safe working practices.

Gary Davison - Site Supervisor

Gary is a highly skilled and experienced joiner with talent and know-how gained from working in Europe’s largest construction companies. This knowledge is valuable in co-ordinating site activity involving his area of expertise and the skills of others in the site team to create a safe working environment. He specialises in high specification extension, renovation and new-build projects.

Toby Drake - Site Supervisor

With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Toby is another member of the team who brings a watchful eye and expertise to managing all areas of site activity and safe working. He has supervised an extensive range of commercial and residential projects from start to completion and can always be relied on deliver finished schemes consistently on time and within budget.

Benn Voce - Supervisor

Benn is a qualified all-rounder and for us and our customers he’s our very own “go-to” fixer like those from TV makeover shows. His areas of expertise cover joinery, roofing and project finishing including plastering. He’s an asset to any project, large or small.

Glenn Winston - Planned Maintenance Manager

Glenn is a specialist in roofing for commercial and residential properties, working with all types including traditional, flat and lead roofed buildings. He combines this expertise with repairs and maintenance and oversees premises for large commercial clients, feeding back information to the building owners to enable efficient forecasting and budgeting of maintenance works required. Glenn also takes key information from Risk Assessments to ensure duties are carried out safely and efficiently.

Michael Connell - Site Supervisor

Michael is a very skilled young man with a vast amount of experience in all types of joinery. With a background in commercial projects Michael is lending his skills to a segment of the industry that the company is building on.
