Ashfield worked side by side with 3xa Design on the £200k transformation of a typical semi-detached residential property into a modern living accommodation.
Along with modernising the dwelling, we added two extensions and raised patio area to the rear.
We installed a fully automated electrical and audio system, with the capability of being remotely operated. Along with the internal works and extensions, the property was re-rendered, with a new roof, gutters and timber cladding, totally transforming the aesthetic appeal to the dwelling.
