Ashfield Building Group are delighted to report that we have passed the initial consultation stage required to receive accreditation to the International Standard BSEN ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. We are now operating in accordance with ISO9001 through to the completion of the audit at the end of March 2018. Full certification will be granted following a successful audit.

Based on the idea of continual improvement in processes, ISO9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organisations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.

Brendon Quinlan, Managing Director, commented on the forthcoming accreditation:

“Achieving ISO9001 accreditation will represent a major milestone in the growth and development of the business.  It will enable us to further improve the efficiency of our operation as all of our processes will be formally aligned and understood by everyone in the company. This increases productivity and efficiency, bringing internal costs down, and provides an assurance that Ashfield Building Group meets the necessary statutory and regulatory requirements. It will improve our access to certain markets and streamline the procurement process as some sectors and clients stipulate ISO9001 for all suppliers.”
