Ashfield Building Group is delighted to be teaming up with another renowned Yorkshire company following our appointment as the principal building contractor for the latest residential project from Saltaire-based Robinson Developments Limited.
Ashfield recently commenced work on the construction of Roxholme Court, a new build development in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, comprising five spacious family homes. Saltaire-based architects, Riverside Design Studio, have designed a mixture of detached and semi-detached styles offering a choice of three and four bedroom living. The development is scheduled for completion in early summer 2019.
Each house at Roxholme Court provides energy-efficient design and contemporary aesthetics with external elevations in a range of finishes including white rendering, red brick and stone. The interiors will be highly specified throughout, including kitchens and bathrooms with a wide range of luxury fixtures and fittings. Prior to the construction of the properties, Ashfield is carrying out the demolition of an existing detached dwelling, part demolition of a boundary retaining wall, site clearance, landscaping, installation of a new drainage system, excavations and construction of an access road and new retaining walls.
